2. Diligence

Whether we buy off-market, auction, NPL or MLS assets we will settle all liens on the property.

We will also research and be aware of any HOA rent restrictions, activate utility service, and ensure an easy transfer to you.


3. Rehab

Using our preferred construction vendors, we renovate the home rent-ready to your buying specifications, eliminating any construction risk to you.

We will coordinate supply chain and vendor SKU’s with your team so homes are identical to your existing portfolio.


4. Delivery

We exclusively submit a fully rehabbed, rent ready product that meets your acquisition and construction specifications.
